The Sax Sponge is a super soft and squishy, string-less menstrual sponge. It is worn internally and inserted into the vagina like a tampon, where it absorbs menstrual fluids.
Because Sax Sponges are flexible, they adapt to your anatomy and are comfortable to wear. They can be worn during sport, swimming, while sleeping and during sex, as it can't be felt by you or your partner.
Sponges are individually wrapped.Instructions are as follows;
Insert:
- Wash your hands
- Remove the sponge from its packaging
- Using your index finger and thumb, pinch the sides of the sponge together
- Insert the sponge so that it is positioned against the cervix
- You can wear your sponge for up to 8 hours.
- Wash your hands
- Insert your index finger into the vaginal canal to move the sponge lower
- Once the sponge is near the vaginal opening, use your index finger and thumb to pinch the sponge and remove
- Discard the sponge after use.
